STEP 1

Upon contact, Technicoat will perform a site inspection to determine current facility conditions. During this inspection, we will evaluate the facility’s ability to continue to provide adequate waterproofing protection through corrective repairs and / or the construction factors influencing selection of the optimum replacement systems.

These factors include:
  • Facility use
  • Type of substrate
  • Initial and future maintenance costs

STEP 2

At the conclusion of our investigation and client consultation, Technicoat will issue a summary report. This report will provide a summary of present conditions, as well as a detailed breakdown of our recommendations. These recommendations will include advantages of the recommended system, installation cost, and available warranties.

STEP 3

After review, Technicoat will personally meet with you to discuss the elements of Technicoat’s proposal. From this meeting you are assured of gaining a firsthand understanding of the project conditions and Technicoat’s proposed corrective recommendations.

STEP 4

Upon acceptance, Technicoat’s project management personnel will visit the project daily. During these daily audits, our management personnel will review our crew’s application for compliance with our high company standards and ensure adherence to our application schedule. We will also meet with tenants to maintain open lines of communication during the installation.

STEP 5

At the conclusion of the successful installation, Technicoat’s management personnel will meet with you to personally review your new system. This confirmation of our attention to detail ensures you receive a long lasting, worry-free waterproofing system.
